Take time to settle in and explore the hotel before joining us in the evening for a delicious three-course festive dinner, followed by entertainment.
Christmas Eve
Wake refreshed and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before spending the day taking advantage of some last-minute Christmas shopping. Both Liverpool ONE and the Trafford Centre are within easy reach of the hotel. Alternatively, unwind in our lounge, where a selection of festive films and traditional games will be available throughout the day. In the evening, enjoy another delicious festive dinner accompanied by entertainment. For guests wishing to attend Midnight Mass, our team will be happy to provide details of local church services.
Christmas Day
Start Christmas Day with a hearty breakfast before exchanging gifts and enjoying the festive atmosphere. Join us for a traditional Christmas Carvery Lunch with all the seasonal favourites, followed by a relaxing afternoon at your leisure. At 3.00pm, gather in the lounge to enjoy a screening of the King’s Christmas Speech. The celebrations continue into the evening with a festive buffet dinner served from 7.00pm, accompanied by light entertainment.
Boxing Day
Enjoy breakfast at your leisure before making the most of our leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. For those wishing to explore the local area, Haigh Hall and its beautiful grounds are just a short drive away and provide the perfect setting for a refreshing winter walk. Return to the hotel in the evening for a sumptuous three-course Gala Dinner, followed by entertainment.
Departure Day
Enjoy a final hearty breakfast before checking out and beginning your journey home, taking with you wonderful festive memories from your Christmas stay at Mercure Haydock Hotel.
